TEDARİKÇİ SEÇİMİ UYGULAMALARI: BİLGİ VE İLETİŞİM TEKNOLOJİLERİ PERSPEKTİFLİ KRİTİK BAKIŞ

Öz


Tedarik zinciri yönetimi içerisinde gittikçe stratejik önem kazanan tedarikçi seçim süreci birbiriyle çatışan, objektif ve subjektif birden fazla kriteri bünyesinde barındıran çok kriterli karar alma problemi olarak ele alınmaktadır. Çağımızda en önemli sektörlerden birisi olan bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri (BİT) diğer sektörler için kaldıraç görevi görmektedir. Bu çalışmada, BİT alanında faaliyet gösteren işletmelere ürün ve hizmet sağlayan tedarikçilerin seçimi konusu için içerisinde seçim uygulamaları bulunan farklı sektörlerde yapılan çalışmalar incelenmiştir. BİT sektörü güncel bir alan olduğu için, 2000 yılından sonra yapılan çalışmalara odaklanılmıştır. Uygulanan yöntemler ve seçim kriterleri sektörel bazda ve karşılaştırmalı olarak değerlendirilerek  BİT alanında kullanılabilecek kriter kümesi ile modeller ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışma BİT odaklı oluşu ve mevcut metodların ve kriter setlerinin detaylı analiz ile literatüre katkıda bulunur ve gerek BİT, gerekse diğer teknolojik sektörlerine ışık tutan niteliktedir.
